The family is in the business of trading in Confectionary and Grocery items for more than 80 years.

In 1984 the family started the business of manufacturing agricultural implements and have dealings with leading tractor brands like Sonalika, Swaraj, Escorts etc.

With a penchant for excellence, and to be leader in the trade, Mr. Parveen Dadu established Bax International in 1992 to manufacture tractor parts.
